Kris' 5 rules

1. All meat and dairy must be organic in our house.
2. No trans fats EVER
3. No food where the following ingredients are listed in the first five: high fructose corn syrup, corn syrup, sugar, partially hydronated or hydronated oils or salt. It helps to buy organic for those items instead, like ketchup, peanut butter...etc.
4. Eat whole grains instead of white in breads, pastas and rice and use organic un-enriched, unbleached flours for cooking and baking.
5. No foods with high sodium or a long list of ingredients I can’t pronounce.
